Nominations Open for 2024 Austin Top Workplaces

A Grand Opportunity to Recognize Excellent Workplace Culture

Recognizing exceptional workplace culture for the 15th consecutive year, the American-Statesman has opened nominations for the 2024 Austin Top Workplaces. These prestigious awards are an opportunity for qualifying organizations to earn well-deserved recognition. Fostering a healthy work culture is central to the success of any organization and it is time to let the stars shine!

Who Can Nominate?

The call for nominations is not limited to heads of organizations or HR managers. In fact, the opportunity to nominate is open to anyone who believes their workplace deserves recognition. No matter if you’re the CEO of a multinational corporation or an intern in a local startup, you can put forward your organization’s name. Public or private, government agencies, nonprofits, or schools – all are welcome as long as they have 50 or more employees within Greater Austin.

Qualification and Nomination

Organizations from Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Hays, Lee, Travis, and Williamson counties are eligible to participate. The process of nomination is extremely simple and cost-free. Interested parties can visit the official website or call the provided number to initiate the procedure before the deadline of 31st May.

Evaluation Process

To maintain the authenticity and credibility of these awards, a detailed evaluation process is followed. Employees evaluate their workplaces using a straightforward, 24-question survey. This survey, which only takes about 5 minutes to complete, will run through July. In 2023, a whopping 116 companies were recognized as Top Workplaces following this process, with surveys going out to over 50,000 employees in the region.

Research Partner: Energage

Collaborating in this endeavor is Energage, a Pennsylvania-based research firm. They conduct the Top Workplaces surveys and bring in the expertise from their nationwide operations. Having surveyed over 2 million employees from more than 8,000 organizations in the past year, their proficiency aids in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the results.

Significance of These Awards

Energage CEO Eric Rubino emphasizes the importance of recognizing great workplaces. He says, “Top Workplaces awards are a celebration of good news. They exemplify the significance of a people-first workplace experience, reminding us that employees are the heart of any thriving organization.”

The inclusion in the American-Statesman’s 2024 Austin Top Workplaces list offers organizations a chance to showcase their dedication towards their employees and work culture. More than just bragging rights, it’s validation of the efforts taken to nurture a healthy and productive working environment.

So, if you believe in your organization’s work culture, it’s time to make some noise and earn the recognition you deserve!
