In addition to daily offerings like cookies, cakes, croissants, and focaccia sandwiches, the bakery will also feature several products that cater to the diverse tastes of Austinites.

Some of the unique specialties set to redefine Austin’s bakery landscape include halva-infused chocolate chip cookies, French onion, and NY-cheesecake flavored cream cheese, and churro croissants. Patrons of the bakery can also enjoy diverse beverages, including La Colombe coffee, teas, and Rockman’s special cocktail recipes, all available for takeout or to be enjoyed on-site.
