From Monday through Wednesday morning, folks in Central Texas will have to deal with Weather Impact Alert Days. This isn’t your typical chilly winter day; we’re forecasting most high temperatures to struggle to reach the 40s, with overnight lows dipping into the mid-to-upper 20s. And it’s not just about the cold; some areas, especially in the Hill Country, could be looking at temperatures in the teens!

According to the latest data, there’s about a 50% chance that Austin could see at least an inch of snow, courtesy of the European model, while American GFS ensembles suggest a 40% chance.
