The Inspired Creators Behind Bathe Austin

The heart and soul of Bathe Austin come from co-founders Danyl and Lisa Magick. Danyl’s journey began when he left his corporate job for a sabbatical in 2022 that took him around the globe. After attending a psychedelic dream mastermind workshop, he realized his true calling was to create a bathhouse in Austin. Shortly after, he met Lisa, a former attorney, who had transitioned to van life following personal challenges. Together, their shared vision blossomed into a sanctuary that combines wellness with vibrant social connections.

Transforming a former auto body shop at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and Cesar Chavez Street, the duo has created a unique ambiance that Lisa describes as an “industrial forest.” Expect lush greenery as you step into the sprawling two-story space where guests can wear bathing suits and mingle freely.
