Austin Daniel Martineau: A Life Full of Love and Accomplishments

Austin, born on November 24, 1976, in Provo, Utah, lived a life characterized by his deep kindness and generosity. He passed away on December 9, 2024, in Centennial, Colorado. Those who knew him remember Austin not only for his gentle spirit but also for the *incredible impact* he had on the lives of so many.

Austin was known for his many talents, excelling both in academics and sports. He held a bench over body weight record at his high school that remains a proud testament to his remarkable athletic prowess. His artistic and writing skills also shone brightly, winning him multiple awards and recognition over the years. It is said that he didn’t even need to study to *achieve high grades*, showcasing his natural intelligence.

In his professional life, Austin was a successful telecom engineer, a career that suited his exceptional talents perfectly. Outside of work, he had a deep love for nature and spent many peaceful hours in his garden, even naming his beloved rose bushes. It’s said that despite not being a dog person, all the dogs in his neighborhood were drawn to him, showing just how beloved he was by all.

Austin also loved to travel, often gathering friends around the dinner table for meals he lovingly prepared. He is survived by his parents, Dean and Susan, along with numerous siblings and extended family who will forever cherish his memory. A *memorial service* for Austin will be held on December 17, 2024, at 10 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Littleton, Colorado, offering a chance for those who loved him to come together in remembrance.

Joshua “Brady” Austin: A Resilient Spirit

Only a few months later, on February 18, 2025, the community faced another heartbreaking loss with the passing of Joshua “Brady” Austin, 29. Born on September 10, 1995, in San Antonio, Texas, Brady’s journey was filled with challenges, as he bravely lived with severe spina bifida. His *indomitable spirit* and zest for life made him a pillar in the lives of those around him.

Brady’s early education took him to school in Gas City, Indiana, until his sophomore year, which he completed at West Jessamine County in Kentucky in 2014. His love for fandom was clear to those who knew him, as he was a passionate fan of *The Lord of the Rings* and *Harry Potter*. Brady was also an astounding basketball player during his teenage years, showcasing remarkable shooting skills that had friends cheering from the sidelines.

In addition to his love for sports, he spent leisure time enjoying video games while proudly sporting a vast collection of NBA hats as an avid Boston Celtics fan. Brady is survived by his mother, Bethany Cole, father, William “Joe” Austin, and his loving family members who will hold his memory close to their hearts. A *memorial service* for Brady is scheduled for February 24, 2025, at Ebright Funeral Home in Frankfort, Ohio, starting with visitation at 11:00 AM, allowing friends and family to gather and celebrate his extraordinary life.
