Austin’s Easy Tiger Beer Garden and Bakery Announces New CEO

On May 15, the beloved Austin beer garden and bakery, Easy Tiger, announced that it has appointed Todd Coerver as their new CEO. This local food hub, known for its craft beers and freshly baked goods, expressed much enthusiasm for this new chapter. Coerver comes in with a substantial list of impressive credentials and extensive experience in the restaurant and food industry.

A Proven Leader in the Industry

Coerver has had significant leadership roles in various organizations. His resume includes the title of the CEO of Larkburger in Colorado, COO of Taco Cabana, and vice president of marketing & innovation at Whataburger. His most recent role was as CEO of P. Terry’s Burger Stand.

David Norman, the founder of Easy Tiger, expressed great delight over his joining, stating, “We’re excited to welcome Todd on board. His proven success in shaping top-notch organizations and brands aligns with our vision for Easy Tiger.”
