The highly anticipated 41-story Vesper condo tower, located in downtown Austin’s Rainey Street District, has finally been completed, with the first phase of its occupants primed to move in this week. Developed by Pearlstone Partners and managed by the sales agency Prospect Real Estate, the condo lies on a small 0.4-acre site at 84 East Avenue, tightly enclosed on three sides by the Camden Rainey Street apartment building and the notably vibrant Homewood Suites.
The entire Rainey Street District is undergoing a construction boom, with the Vesper condo tower merely being one in a series of ambitious real estate projects. An aerial perspective reveals four distinct towers under construction in close proximity to the Vesper building, namely the Paseo, The Travis, The Modern, and the Waterline. Construction of these high-rise structures is a testament to the escalating real estate development in the area.
The Vesper tower offers 284 units with a staggering 270,000 square feet of residential space. Residents can choose from one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse floor plans, with unit prices ranging from $545,000 to over $2 million. The design team is comprised of Pearlstone’s regular partners at local architecture studio STG Design, Austin-based interior design firm McCray & Company, and dwg leading the landscape architecture.
Apart from the luxurious residential units, the Vesper tower offers a variety of amenities to its community. On the roof, residents have access to a pool and lounge. The ground floor hosts an art gallery, showcasing a collection of murals facing the project’s rear alley, an intriguing approach to ground-level activation.
The murals are a result of collaborative work by many talented artists, including Rex Hamilton, Adrian Landon Brooks, Kel Brown, Sadé Lawson, Matthew Rodriguez, Sophie Roach, and Will Bryant. This innovative approach to urban living blends luxury and culture, making the Vesper condos a unique living space within the city.
As the Vesper condominiums open their doors to the public, Pearlstone Partners has another residential project nearing its conclusion in the Mueller neighborhood. The Parkside at Mueller project, a residential development offering 200 units, is set to begin move-ins later this summer, marking an exciting milestone for the district and adding to the list of Pearlstone’s vibrant local contributions.
The completion of the Vesper Condo Tower and the near-finished state of the Parkside at Mueller project are indicative of Pearlstone Partners’ continued commitment to redefining the residential landscape in Austin, as they provide residents an assortment of modern, sophisticated living options.
