The charming spot will take over the old tasting room of Austin Eastciders, located at 979 Springdale Road, Suite 130. At Stargazer, guests can expect a wide-ranging drinks menu that caters to all tastes. Of course, there will be classic coffees, but they’re also serving up some intriguing specialty lattes! For instance, try the Golden Moon, which blends espresso with turmeric and black pepper. Or indulge in the Lion Star mocha, a delightful mix of espresso, lion’s mane mushrooms, and chocolate. Sounds fancy, right?

If you’re looking for something a little “happier,” Stargazer won’t disappoint. On the alcoholic cocktail front, don’t miss the frozen Galactic Grapefruit with tequila or the tantalizing Rum Punch Mothership combining rum, apple cider, lemon, and ginger. Stargazer will scoop up delightful flavors from Lick Honest Ice Creams. Oh, and for pizza lovers, you can use QR codes to place your orders from the nearby pizzeria Bambino!

Reimagined Space and Opening Day Festivities

Co-owners Moya and Colin McIntyre have revamped the space beautifully. The cafe gets its name from the lovely Stargazer flower and a funky rocket spaceship structure in the kiddie play area. Patrons will find new tables, colorful umbrellas, and fresh landscaping, making it an inviting place to hang out.

To kick things off with a bang, Stargazer’s opening day will be packed with exciting specials and events! From 7 a.m. to noon, enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free coffee deal, and the first 50 kids will get a free scoop of ice cream! And don’t miss the evening party from 6 to 10 p.m., where a DJ, live band, and a floral bouquet bar will keep the good vibes flowing.
