If you’re planning to attend the **SXSW EDU** event, you’ll need to commit to at least **18 hours** of work. For those eager to join the main SXSW festival, expect a minimum commitment of **24 hours**. Don’t worry; there are both **day and night** shifts available to fit your schedule.

If you’re new to the crew, circle **January 26, 2025**, on your calendar because that’s when the volunteer call will happen from **1 p.m. to 4 p.m.** at the Austin Convention Center, Ballroom ABC. New volunteers must attend this call or one of the subsequent sessions to secure their spot, select a crew, and create a schedule that works for them.
