Starting strong in Class 6A, it’s Duncanville, now boasting an impressive record of 4-0 after their commanding 63-14 win against Dallas Skyline. Next in line, Galena Park North Shore isn’t far behind, also holding a perfect record of 4-0 following their triumphant 42-0 victory over Humble. North Crowley has taken an impressive lead with a jaw-dropping 5-0 record, thanks to a 56-0 shellacking of Mansfield Legacy.
Others making waves include DeSoto with a 4-1 record, clinching a 39-24 win over Waxahachie. Meanwhile, Humble Summer Creek joined the unbeaten ranks, moving to 4-0 after smashing Channelview 59-0! It looks like this season is heating up!
In Class 5A, Denton Ryan leads with a fantastic record of 4-0 after blistering Granbury with a 63-20 win. Not far behind, Aledo showcased their might with a 63-3 score against Keller Fossil Ridge.
In Division II, Port Neches-Groves continues to impress with a record of 4-0 after a dramatic 62-56 win over Montgomery Lake Creek. Meanwhile, SA Alamo Heights remains undefeated at 5-0, edging Boerne 35-28 in a nail-biter.
Switching gears, Class 4A is no less thrilling! Leading the way is Celina, sitting pretty with a 5-0 record, crushing Frisco Panther Creek 42-7. Following closely, Stephenville showcased their skill with a close win over Waco La Vega, ending that match at 38-28.
It’s also worth noting Longview Pine Tree dropped off the rankings this week, while Kilgore bounced back strongly with a 17-6 victory against them, raising their record to 4-1.
In Class 3A, Columbus remains a powerhouse with a stellar record of 5-0, taking down Bellville with a 49-35 victory. Malakoff maintains their status with an idle week, while teams like Bushland shine brightly with a close 48-42 win over Dumas, indicating that every game is a battle this season.
As we look at the smaller divisions, Mart stands tall in Class 2A with a record of 3-1, defeating Bremond 28-22. Meanwhile, in Class 1A Six-Man Division II, Jayton continues their winning streak at 5-0 with a resounding 68-22 triumph against Hermleigh.
